UX/UI Design

A structured usability audit first, a clearer interface after — from €900.

Abstract warm-light render suggesting layered interface panels, duotone-warm treatment.

Who it's for

Businesses with an existing site or digital product that isn't performing — high bounce, confusing navigation, recurring complaints from customers or staff. Every engagement opens with a structured usability audit against real usage patterns, not opinion, so findings are prioritised and costed before any work starts.

Typical outcomes

  • An identified, ranked list of what's actually costing you conversions or complaints
  • Redesigned key flows tested before a single line of production code changes
  • A clearer interface your customers and staff both notice

What's included

  • A structured usability audit against real usage patterns and heuristics, not opinion
  • A prioritised, costed list of findings — what to fix first, and why
  • Redesigned key flows (navigation, checkout, booking, forms — whatever's underperforming)
  • Tested prototypes before a single line of production code changes
  • A short report your team can act on even without us

“The audit told us exactly why customers were dropping off at the booking step — something we'd argued about internally for a year without an answer.”

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to redesign everything, or can I start with the audit?

You can start with the audit alone — it's priced and scoped as its own deliverable, and you'll get a prioritised list of what's actually worth fixing before committing to a redesign.

What counts as a "structured" audit, versus just an opinion?

We evaluate your site against established usability heuristics and real behaviour patterns, not a subjective walkthrough, and back every finding with a clear reason so you can weigh the cost of fixing it against the benefit.

Will this involve real users, or just your team's review?

The Usability Audit and Redesign Sprint are expert-review based. Extended usability testing with real users is included in Full Product Design, and available as an add-on to the other tiers.

Do you build the redesign, or just design it?

This service delivers tested designs and specs. If you need the actual build, we scope that alongside Web Design or E-commerce Development so the handoff is seamless.

How is this different from a full new website?

This service is for improving an interface that already mostly works. When the bigger issue is a full rebuild, Web Design or E-commerce Development is usually the better starting point, and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.
