Who it's for
Any client post-launch — from any of our other five services, or a site we didn't build — who doesn't want to manage hosting, updates, security, or "who do I call when something breaks." Sites decay without upkeep: security exposure, plugin drift, slowing performance, with no one accountable when something breaks.
Typical outcomes
- A site that stays fast, secure, and current without you thinking about it
- One accountable contact for anything that comes up, not a support ticket queue
- A predictable monthly cost instead of surprise emergency-repair invoices
What's included
- Regular software, plugin, and security updates
- Automated backups, checked and restorable, not just scheduled and forgotten
- Uptime and performance monitoring, with a real person alerted when something needs attention
- A fixed monthly allowance of small content updates (text, images, minor fixes)
- Direct access to the same person who knows your project — not a support ticket queue

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I don't have a care plan and something breaks?
We can still help on a one-off basis, billed hourly, but there's no guaranteed response time or backup safety net — a care plan exists precisely so that's never the situation you're in.
What counts as a "small content update"?
Text edits, image swaps, adding a page section, minor bug fixes — the kind of thing that shouldn't need a full project quote. Bigger changes (new pages, new features) are scoped separately.
Can I start a care plan for a site you didn't build?
Yes, after a short onboarding audit so we understand what we're taking on — we'll flag anything that needs fixing before the plan starts, rather than inheriting hidden problems silently.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Plans run monthly with no long lock-in — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for notice terms.
Do unused hours roll over?
No — the monthly allowance resets each month, which keeps the pricing simple and predictable rather than tracking a running balance.
